Megan is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, with a 200 hr qualification in Vinyasa flow yoga from East London studio TripSpace Yoga and Dance.
Megan's teaching style is informed by her work in the world of sustainability. She's passionate about harnessing the teachings of yoga to counterbalance the anxiety, stress and grief caused by the complexities of modern life, such as the climate crisis. She does this by creating grounding, joyful, and empowering yoga practices.
Megan incorporates Mudras, meditation, and Pranayama (breathwork) into her classes to honour and celebrate the history and traditions of yoga in a contemporary setting.
She aims to promote inclusivity, meeting you where you're at in your yoga journey. Having practised yoga since her childhood, Megan advocates for the value of yoga to support you in every chapter of life.
